This technique helps to improve mobility, find the source of your pain, and correct dysfunctional movement patterns. Functional muscle testing is used for assessment followed by a variety of soft tissue techniques to release the area. This type of therapy requires at-home work to get the best results and is done through lose fitting or athletic clothing. (Please no compression wear.)
